Ford Fusion Front Lip Spoiler


The second-generation Ford Fusion has some aggressive styling from the factory, but for the true enthusiast, STILLEN has developed a Front Lip Spoiler and Roof Wing to take that styling to the next level.

Both the STILLEN Fusion Front Lip Spoiler and Roof Wing are made from durable polyurethane, a flexible material also used in OE applications, and are designed and manufactured here in Costa Mesa, California at the STILLEN compound. STILLEN has been producing body kits in-house for over 20 years, and customers have long enjoyed the benefits of polyurethane over the inferior fiberglass parts others push into the marketplace.

The Ford Fusion Lip Spoiler comes ready to prep and paint, just like any other body part, and comes pre-installed with genuine 3M Automotive Foam Trim Tape and hardware, ready to be paint matched (or anything custom you want to do!) and installed on the car.

The Ford Fusion Roof Wing is an item STILLEN has been known for and extreme detail was taken with the Ford Fusion to integrate the roof with with the present 3rd brake light. The Fusion  Roof Wing is also made from polyurethane, and like the Lip Spoiler is easily painted to match the vehicle, or do anything custom you can dream up. Installation is a breeze, as 3M Automotive Foam Trim Tape is pre-applied to the part, ready to adhere to the rear window glass for an easy installation.

All STILLEN polyurethane body components feature a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and guaranteed against breakage or cracking in normal use for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

Due to popular demand, we have now manufactured a Maxima Diffuser to complete the existing STILLEN Maxima Body Kit. Constructed from polyurethane, this diffuser finishes out the kit perfectly and is a great stand alone piece as well. The rear diffuser is available in raw urethane or painted matte black.

Maxima Rear Diffuser – Polyurethane Construction

Constructed from polyurethane, STILLEN body components are designed and manufactured in-house in our Southern California facility. Unlike fiberglass, polyurethane body components provide an OEM like fitment for a clean seamless look. Polyurethane is a more pliable material and is less likely to chip or crack.

You may remember the beautiful Victory Red Camaro SS in the shop back in June, but this Camaro LS3 supercharger install is slightly different, this Magnuson Supercharger has a wrinkle red finish. The wrinkle red Magnuson Supercharger is not as common as the black finished version, in fact, you’ll be hard pressed to find one as we have sold out of this color and is now only available as a special order, but the bright red color gives an aggressive look and style to this black Camaro LS3 engine bay.

The California sun was beating down on the fresh black paint and pushing temperatures close to 100 degrees, which isn’t ideal for optimal horsepower gains. Powering through the heat and after a few pulls, the dyno tune showed increased power to 394HP on the Magnuson supercharged C5!

Magnuson Superchargers comes with a 3-year / 36k mile warranty on supercharger hardware and a 1-year limited warranty on electronics.

After the 2001 Chevy Corvette supercharger install, a new RK Sport fiberglass hood was put in place to cover it and Dual Stainless Steel Magnaflow Exhaust installed for increased flow.

In addition to the Corvette supercharger install, a new hood is required to clear the blower. We opted for the RK Sport RK5 fiberglass hood, not only for clearance, but for the sleek, aggressive look it adds to the front of the car.

Magnaflow Corvette Exhaust System

The Corvette Magnaflow exhaust is a bolt on application constructed from mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing. The stainless steel Magnaflow Performance mufflers and polished rear exhaust tips generate a smooth, pleasing, deep tone.

This GT service included some general maintenance along with a mount and balance of 4 fresh Michelin tires. From there, the Ford GT went on the rack for a complete computer alignment.

Recently a 2011 Chevy Camaro SS came in for a little upgrade including a new intake and dyno tune.

The automatic L99 arrived at the STILLEN Performance Shop with a Camaro SS Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust system already installed. We quickly put it on the dyno to get some base numbers before the Camaro dyno tune. Numbers came back at roughly 345HP and 348TQ, a slight increase over a bone stock L99.

Cold Air Inductions – Camaro Cold Air Intake Kit

Along with a few other exhaust modifications, we added a Cold Air Inductions intake kit (#CAI501109910). These US made Camaro intake kits are ceramic coated inside and outside of the tube, and also include a thermal insulated air box to keep the incoming air as cool as possible. Cold Air Induction also specifically designs and engineers their own air filters to maximize performance.

Camaro Dyno Tune

Everything was installed and back on the dyno it went for some tuning.

After all was said and done, the Camaro dyno tune took the L99 up to 385HP, a power increase of 40HP!

With the Ford GT Rally 8 coming up in September in Northern California, we have started to see a few of these supercars trickle into the STILLEN Performance Shop. We are equipped to do everything from routine maintenance to high performance upgrades. STILLEN also manufactures and sells numerous performance parts for the GT.

We replaced all fluids, the oil pump and belt in this black beast, along with a mount and balance of some fresh new Bridgestone tires.

An upgraded Ford Racing supercharger pulley went into this blue striped machine. By simply installing the smaller supercharger pulley and a re-flash of the ECU, the STILLEN Performance Shop was able to see power increases of up to 100HP!

Camaro SS Convertible front

One of the first Whipple Superchargers came through the STILLEN Performance Shop recently. With our newly signed agreement, STILLEN is now the only recognized and warranty certified installer in the Southern California area for all Whipple Superchargers. We were excited to get right to it and install one of these amazing pieces of machinery on a 2011 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible.

The Camaro SS has been a regular in the shop as of late, but this is one of the first convertibles. Although this was a fairly stock automatic L99 and already on a lower power range compared to it’s 6-speed LS3 brother, we were still hoping to see a significant power increase once the Whipple Supercharger was bolted on.
